Currently, we only offer a simple token-based system with no subscriptions. We believe this gives teachers the most flexibility — you’re not locked into monthly payments, and you only pay for what you use.

How many tokens do I need for a full class?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your class size and how many subjects you teach. For example, if you have 25 students and need to write comments for 4 subjects, that’s 100 comments (100 tokens). At $0.20 per comment with our 50-token pack. Most teachers find that 2–3 token packs cover their full reporting period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never store your card details on our servers. All prices are in AUD.

If you’ve purchased tokens and encounter any issues, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to resolve any concerns. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused tokens.
